This is a TTT compatible Jihad Bomb. Everything you need to get this up and running on your TTT server is in this addon, no need to change anything, it is also rather balanced. Want to make sure all of your players can hear it coming? Download this and drag the contained folder into your server's FastDL sound folder:

Incredibly underpowered. The “falloff” and damage radius is ridiculous. It’s essentially a suicide device that only ensures one thing... your death. It’s hard as shit to kill players. The weapon leaves you vulnerable and open to just about anything and gives players ample time to kill you.. you should not be able to simply “run away”. Kill the jihad man or be turned into a smudge on the wall.

If someone can figure out how to fix this, let me know. I’ve been playing with settings all night.
