Some of these now appear to be missing... like.. the elevator shafts... what are the model paths for them? I cant find half of the items in this anymore.

Don't know if this helps but you can get yourself a CAS-class assault carrier in this pack:

When you say city size I assume you mean the CSO-class supercarrier which is pretty much just a huge CAS. I hope this helps.
