I actually like the simple launcher since its release, but this issue of messing with the roms order always annoyed me.
It looks like they've got everything in alphabetical order in the new release, but they ignored series continuity. Since it appears to be done in Unity, it wouldn't be hard to disassemble it and change almost anything I want. I'll take a look later, but in all fairness, it doesn't seem like this is too necessary if the new frontend works well.
As a fun sidenote, they're wasting bandwidth as they have you download the compressed and uncompressed ROMs. It's only an extra 50mb or 100mb depending on which way you look at it, but regardless, it's lazy of them.
I finally have a moment to myself so I will redownload everything and take a look after dinner.
This simply renames them in order to alphabetize with some exceptions such as preferring to keep a series of games together.
I should take a look over it again, haven't touched it in a while and there seems to be some complaints, but that could just be bugs caused by the .bat file and slow computers.
