With 7.20 regen changes Bottle is no longer useful on Rubick and it's better to opt out for being a Zeus but better with your new spell and debuff amp passive.

I have about 65% WR on Rubick on 7.19 and 70% in 7.20, should be fun to give it a try, yeah?
