[Forge] Item Ability Cooldown Timer + Announcement

Descripción
This mod lets you see the reload time of a Forge item. Additionally, it lets you use the Status Announcement mod to tell your teammates whether your weapon's ability is ready or not, and if it isn't, how much time it has left.

When playing as Willow or Wendy, the timer will be obstructed by the companion badge.

This mod is independent from either one of those two mods. You can use it without either of them and it'll still work. You do, however, need Status Announcements to be able to announce your weapon's current cooldown time. Forge Cooldown Timer would probably end up breaking this mod, as they both show a timer for cooldowns.
It's been tested and works just fine in the Forge 2018 event.

Subscribe to the mod linked in the description (Status Announcements) if you haven't already and SHIFT + Click your weapon to announce it.
