You can set extra commands through Steam Input on a game to game basis.
Add two extra commands to the input of your choice:
  1. Keyboard Alt
    ⚙ Fire End Delay 300
  2. Keyboard U
    ⚙ Fire Start Delay 100
This reddit thread goes through doing key combinations through steam input in more detail. Let me know if this worked for you.

use steam input or Autohotkey to set a hotkey if you wanna couch play

People are saying it skips dialogue, but I can confirm it doesn't work in the middle of a cutscene (particularly the last one, that's the one I tried it for)

It disables all dialogue, including everything Sein ever says, the messages that pop up when you pick up life/energy orbs and get new abilities, and the text that normally pops up on screen when the Spirit Tree talks. It saves a ton of time in speedruns and one-life reattempts.
