More Random Factions for Alpha 18

This is a tiny mod that will only effect your new worlds. It just increases the amout of factions that will spawn during world generation by 5x, and randomizes thier starting good will with you. You'll get to see more bases and roads scattered across the map, in new colors.

I recommend this mod;
