The every new Steam level give you the couple of new things like: more friend slots, badges in your Steam profile, random emoticons, backgrounds of Steam profile, discount coupons from different games and showcases.
It's also Steam level make your profile more trusted, more popular, the more your level then higher you in friend list.
There example of showcases

• For every 1-10 level needed 100 XP
  
• For every 10-20 needed 200 XP

• !buyany (ammount of keys) - buy random sets for choosen ammount of keys. This command has the same limit of 100 keys per trade.
  
  
• !level (number) - bot will check how much keys do you need to reach that level.
  
  
• !sell - if you want to sell your sets for keys, use this command :)
