Hello! I have the same setup (Thrustmaster T300 RS + TH8A) but my version of city car driving does not have the option "TS00 RS + shifter".

I have tried changing the default settings but then there is button collision, the game cannot tell the difference between button 1 in the shifter and button 1 in the wheel. Is there something I am missing? I would like to get my setup working.
