A simple mod to sort the Character Pool list.

Configuration

Makes use of ModConfigMenu if the user has it enabled, if not you will need to create the ini yourself.

Documents\My Games\XCOM2 War of the Chosen\XComGame\Config\XComSortedCharacterPool.ini

[SortedCharacterPool.SCP_Settings]
SortBy=lastname OR firstname OR nickname OR none
Version=1

Notes

Overrides UICharacterPool and will conflict with any other mod that does the same.
This directly updates the Character pool list order, so if the mod is disabled or SortBy set to "none", the order will be preserved however new entries will be added to the end.
