解説
A set of five high density residential townhouses, 3X3 level 1 through to 5, with gardens than can expand up to 3X4. Based on regency style townhouses common in towns such as Brighton, Worthing and Eastbourne. These would originally been large and luxurious mansions but have mostly been converted into multple flats.

Uses randomised props so each house looks a bit different.

Make sure you subscribe to my walls and fences pack otherwise the gardens won't have any fences around them.

Level one is a pair of basic regency townhouse, level two gains a front balcony, level three gets an extra floor, level four gets a roof over the front balcony, level five gets a converted top floor.

All have custom LODs and night lighting. 2,240 to 3,380 triangles depending on level, LODs are 36 to 56 triangles depending on level.

I used these but unfortunately they appear too basic in the game and look like they need better quality textures

This looks like Brighton or Portsmouth to me. I wonder if you make some Cambridge/Birmingham/central England style buildings

Thanks for the quick reply, Sounds really good and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next. I also hope the next DLC doesn't cause you any problems.

I’ve got a load more stuff planned, but it’s going to take a while to get them all done. I’ll probably do a 1X1 high residential set, then high commercial and office assets based on the high residential ones. I’ve got plenty of ideas for more after that as well.
