No Megastructure Limits For Utopia Expanded

This mod is a standalone patch for Utopia Expanded that contains the changes from No Megastructure Limits. This mod requires Utopia Expanded in order to work correctly. This mod does *NOT* require No Megastructure Limits, and including it will cause some features in Utopia Expanded to not work appropriately.

Specifically, this patch will remove most feasible placement restrictions of base megastructures from the Utopia Expanded mod. Note that Utopia Expanded already removes numerical limits on the number of megastructures, like Dyson Spheres.

This mod works with the 1.9.1 Capek update of Stellaris with Utopia. Note: this mod will be upgraded to 2.0 once Utopia Expanded upgrades to 2.0

This mod is designed to work as an extension of Utopia Expanded. It will not work with any other mod that modifies the base megastructures.
