Does anyone know how I can fix the resolution scale if it states there is "no data"...I meet the recommended requirements but it seems I am unable to change the resolution scale

This is not enought, It should be enabled in Local Security Policy of Windows
Control panel - Administration - Local policy - Security options - Lock pages in memory (add ur username and administator)

BUT I DO NOT recommend it!!! This is actually has no impact into the game performance at all and negatively impacting on windows performance in general. coz it's like RAM leaking, fully stacked up ur standby free ram. Test it urself

this option is just misleading it should be something like "Enable paging for computers with low RAM" and description is wrong too, it will only help if you got paging file enabled which everyone don't have because of SSD in their systems, it also useless on HDD. If you got around 32gb of RAM this option won't change anything. Because of that misleading option I just learned what is Locked Memory Paging on Windows and why it's disabled with virtual memory off.

Don't need to actually set the executable to Run as administrator... just right click on it, run as admin, game will start, set it to high, close the game, restart your pc.

For those who cant enable the setting even after running the game as admin turn on your User Account Control Setting to maxed

There is no point for that, it stores the data on the hdd that has page file enabled (what is done anyways if you don't have enough ram for one loaded area, in one game not having enough ram and enabling enough page file space would let you fix issues like sounds not loading properly and etc.), it's not much of a difference, and it can cause from longer play times "hiccups" randomly while playing.

Включаю игру от имени администратора, а эти большие страницы все-равно не включаются, пишут, что нужны права администратора... В чем прикол?

I did run Steam as administrator already.
However what worked for me was to download install the latest video driver update for my card, after having the .exe file set to run as admin.

Now it works perfectly.

you just can run steam as administrator..
