Frackin' Universe Patch for the Avali Modular Mech

Please read this discussion if you are unsure of what this patch does or want to know what's different from the XS patch.

Adds compatability for Frackin' Universe. Changes are similar to the XS Patch. Expect minor differences (mostly stat stuff, but that isn't actually implemented yet).
