I have no idea if it's good or useful because i've never used IK in sfm before
Feel free to fix it yourself or make your own rig

I've (hopefully) fixed the wrist issue along with an issue with mis-numbered spine bones which caused the pelvis bone to not work

A good way to get working hands is by using the wrist bone rather than hand bone
