How to walk in a hood (not stealthed)

At first, you have to find one of the map borders (Thames area).
The next step, you need to find one of the police ships or blighters. Start fighting but don't kill them until ship reaches the border of the map.
You'll be teleported in hood.

just get a mod it took me 2 seconds
theres one on nexus you just download it and drop it in the directory and hit replace
