An easy place to get the achievement.
In the mission 7 : Above a bottomless chasm; you can easily scare a guard and make him fall and die. Once you have ridden the crate all the way to the top gotten the seal, use your Hisomu terror dart on the last guard on the top. He will fall from the platform where he stands and you will get the achievement.

This didn't work for me. I reloaded the checkpoint and tried it again, still didn't work. Just wondering if anyone would know what the issue would be. Does having the Hisomu Terror Dart upgraded not work for this or something?

I did this on the first chapter with the non lethal suit, guy was casually smoking when I come up to take him down, he spots me and rolls towards the edge so I hit him with a terror dart and down he goes.

Thanks for the help. It didn't work with this guard for me, or even the second, but with the first when we climb on the crate.

Smart solution. I used dead body and Path of Nightmares to drop the body right behind some Hessian guard when he walked to the building's edge. Falling body made him turn, he pissed his armored pants and made a step back... right in the air.

@G3NOM3: the dart is an unlockable item, you just need to get enough seals by completing the various quests / goals in each level. Theroetically, you can get all items unlocked in one playthrough.
