Modelled ostensibly on the White House in Pennsylvania Avenue, this is a fully functional base - with copious, labelled, storage, functional rooms, and plenty of room to expand. Place keystone @6 blocks below ground level.

UPDATE: As with the full version (with spawner basements), this bbuild is currently being updated to remove superfluous blocks, and this blueprint will be updated once this is done.
