My workshop: Teldaril's Workshop

By default this asset is a growable high density level 5 residential 4x4 building. The [RICO] tag is only relevant if you use the RICO mod .

A futuristic home for everyone in the cities of tomorrow.

Asset:

- Main Tris: 276, 512x512
- LOD Tris: 40, 64x64
- Maps: Diffuse, Normal, Specular, Illumination, Color, Alpha

What is the difference between the Beam, Pylon, and Pillar assets?

Currently i will stick to the vanilla zones. Firstly because i have few assets made and secondly because this would be a restriction for everyone without the dlc.

No, not RICO. But if they are growables, this is great!

Would you also make green buildings for the residential specialization "Self-sufficient buildings"? (For this, the DLC "Green Cities" is required).

Thanks! Do you mean a growable while using RICO? By default they are growables but RICO (if used) removes them as growables because of changes to their building class.

Updated with new props from Green Cities, added trees to the ground and made the grass texture darker.

Thanks. I learned a lot with the 3 assets. I was very conservative with the texture map and didn't want to lose too much detail, but i wasted space. I will probably come back to them and add more texture details, surface texture to the concrete walls and add alpha maps for fences on the roofs (which will increase the tris count by some tris, but not many).
