Beskrivelse
While Chicago is known for its broad and striking skyline, it owes just as much of its unique character to its thousands of historic bungalows. Narrow and long, these single family homes can be found in rows throughout neighborhoods at every corner of the city.

This is the "Berwyn Bungalow," the second in the set (first is here). I included both a 1x4 and a 2x4, depending on how sardine-like you prefer your districts. Roof comes in several color variations.

These include a garage in the back. For optimal layout, place an alley between rows.

Triangles - 970 / 50
Textures - 1024x512 / 64² (d,n,s,i.c)
Contains 2 models - 1x4 and 2x4 (level 1 low residential)

Thumbs up if you like. No ketchup included in this asset!

i think this might be marked as a Corner lot because every time i zone 3x4 spaces near corners, these spawn as 2x4 and then a 1x4 spawns in the remaining space.

@stankiem can you tell me more? I just tried them all in a new game and everything seemed to be fine

For some reason only the 2x4 works for this and the Bryn Mawr homes, 1x4 does not

Hi Honker. You said it wasn't common for houses to have Welsh names, yet it's happened again. This time it's an old Welsh word meaning 'white summit'. I'm beginning to like Chicago.
