Welcome to my video guide showing all hidden chest locations in Trine 2 main game aswell as in the expansion pack Goblin Menace. The videos were recorded with the original version of the game. On June 6th 2013 however the game got an ~400MB update upgrading it to the "Trine 2 Complete Story" 2.0 version and also the former Wii U exclusive level "Dwarven Caverns" was added to the game. To unlock this hidden level you have to find and open all secret chests hidden in the Goblin Menace levels.

But first the collectibles in the main game Trine 2. There's one poem and one painting hidden in each level from 2 to 13. Some of them are easy to find, while others are difficult to find and reach. For some you'll need special skills, so try to use your experience points wisely and unlock Amadeus wizardry skills and Zoya's explosive fire arrows first. Also be aware of the double jump that can be performed on ledges to get up.

You will be rewarded with 13 achievements for collecting every poem and painting in the game. There's one "Secrets of" achievement for each level and the final "Lost and Found - Find all chests in the game" for finding and opening all chests.

There's also one poem and one painting hidden in each of the Goblin Menace DLC levels from 1 to 5. You will be rewarded with 6 achievements for collecting every poem and painting in the expansion. There's one "Secrets of" achievement for each level and the final "The Treasurer - Find all chests in the Goblin Menace expansion" for finding and opening all chests. With the update on June 6th 2013 the chests now also contain a map piece. By collecting all pieces you unlock the secret Dwarven Caverns level which is a former Wii U exclusive level.

In case you had already collected all paintings and poems before the update, you have to reopen one of the chests to unlock the level and to see it in the level selection.
