Опис
OBO, pronounced "oboe" (yes, like the instrument), stands for "Overall Balance Overhaul."

This is a script that rebalances the Auto Shotgun to fit alongside my other OBO guns and making a slew of little tweaks. The biggest change you'll notice immediately is the slightly tighter spread, but I've added cosmetics like vertical recoil and crosshair spread for gun feel.

Total pellets fired have been slightly reduced while damage per pellet has been slightly buffed (total damage per shot stays the same), to alleviate how Commons would occasionally be gibbed heavily by a shot and still survive, particularly on Expert. Now it should be slightly easier to visually tell when a Common is dead.

I feel that VALVe did a good job with this gun's balance already, so I basically just optimised the user experience. Specific changes are listed below for your convenience.

CharacterPenetrationMaxDistance 300 to X (Shooting through targets doesn't count against penetration up to this range)
Damage - 23 to 25
Bullets - 11 to 10
CycleTime - 0.15 to X (Fire rate. Changing this does nothing, not sure why)
clip_size - 10 to X
primary_ammo - AMMO_TYPE_AUTOSHOTGUN to X

An AA-12 script would be fairly straightforward to make. The only issue is reload speed, because changing the reload speed values seems to do literally nothing in L4D2, which is weird, because they work fine in L4D1. I have no idea how I would balance a shotgun with twice the mag size though. Maybe if it was on the M60 slot? That'd fix all the reload speed and balance issues, and I could go crazy about making it really strong. Hmm... I'll see if I get around to it, but for now I can't make any promises.

Hey, could you create an AA-12 script that increases reload speed, fire rate (slightly), and gives a 20 round mag? The spread being lower could be nice too, your choice. Same goes for damage.

I figured out what was wrong... I was using a gore Plugin that for some odd reason Changed the script of those 4 weapons but not the rest

Not sure what it is.. but all of a sudden this, along with the Combat shotgun and the Uzi and silenced smg... there scripts are just refuseing to load...
