This is a low residential UK semi-detached house pack based on a common post-war style found in many middle class suburban areas in the UK.

The model is based on my previously realised semi-detached house and has been reworked with new higher detail textures and gardens which require no additional prop assets.

I recommend using these with the excellent ’Building Themes’ Mod by BloodyPenguin to control where the houses grow.

The plot depth for the standard house is 3x4 (including garden) so the suggested distance between roads is 10 units leaving 8 units for back-to-back spawning which looks more realistic. If you make it 11 units a central path works well. The corner house plot depth is 4x4 and will help to give your districts a more consistent layout.

Each asset has textures and LODs with normals, specular and illumination maps.

Please try this pack out and let me know how it works for you. If there are any problems let me know in the comments below.

You will notice that the pack file size is 200Mb. What you have to remember is that it contains 20 detailed assets that, individually aren't too large for smooth play. If any of you find that a 1024x1024 texture version is necessary then let me know and I'll consider it, but they won’t look as good.

Amazing assets, I have used this as the base for my suburbs; if only there were a similar assets pack for row houses for middle density housing I could use too.

@Macwelshman Thank you for all of your amazing assets! Is it possible to version of this without the garden wall/fance/hedge, as I find that these types of houses are ussually found within curved and non-grid layouts. I try to cover the garde with trees but it would be nice to have the option to draw in our own garden limits. Thank you once again!!!

They look really nice, but are the trees on some of theses houses included or are they a seperate asset? (and if they are seperate, where can I get them?)
