Disable Ui Distortion Effect Wotc

Opis
This mod disable the UI distortion effect present since XCOM2 ; not the Reaper overlay.

The distortion effect is used on research screen, and when a sectopod stomps.

Compatibility
This is a very simple mod that only modifies an ini setting, so it's compatible with everything.
Works without Wotc

@Tim_ i always see you posting that message on a lot of mod pages. Is there any way that I could know what mods that you used so that I can gauge compatibility with an even larger number of mods?

I just completed a WOTC campaign with 104 mods including this one. It all went well.

Just completed a WOTC campaign with 63 mods including this one. All ran fine.
