Super Mario Bros Mushroom in Isaac!

This item replace all red heart pickups with mushrooms pickups. Each mushroom increase damage by 0.5 and also increase player size (it doesn't make player hitbox bigger). When you take damage (cursed door doesn't count) you lose 3 mushrooms and become smaller again. You can have a maximum of 15 mushrooms at a time.

The mushrooms also has a small chance to spawn from mushroom obstacles and from mushroom enemies!

This item works very well with things that give red heart drops like Little C.H.A.D, Gimpy, Old Bandage, Shard of Glass, Mom's Locket, etc.

Keep in mind that you sacrifice all red heart drops for damage drops. The only way to find red hearts is now in shops. This item is very good for The Lost and Blue Baby by the way ;)

I have 10 mushrooms and 990 damage and giant (half the screen) sized tears, should I assume something broke or that there was a conflict with another mod?
