The Combine Big Momma Pod from the leaked Half Life 2 Beta files.

"The Combine Big Momma Pod was used to create Headcrabs in huge quantities, this metallic structure was apparently to carry a Gonarch while it laid Headcrabs.

It was to be used at least in Ravenholm: in a cave, blocking the way to the player while constantly laying Standard and Fast Headcrabs, and to be destroyed with the Digger (in a cave recycled in the retail map "d1_town_04"), and on the surface, in a double hangar located around the building where Father Grigori is first seen in the retail game."

There are two versions of the Pod in this addon:

models/gonzo/bigmommapod/bigmommapod.mdl (in screenshot two, on the left in the final screenshot) is the original HL2 beta model, with the same textures, texture resolution, and model as from the beta files.

models/gonzo/bigmommapodimproved/bigmommapodimproved.mdl (in screenshot one, in screenshot three for the glowing lights, and on the right in the final screenshot) is my modification of the model, which took around two and a half hours, which includes a much more refined 3D model, 2048x2048 textures for the metal and flesh sack, and glowing blue lights along the superstructure to give it a more combine machine feel.

These are both props, not entities or NPCs.
