The briefcase is located in the building opposite when you enter the airport.
The War Room (The Diamond)
The exhibition hall of World War II is located in the hall that was under construction.

Recommendation: use a grenade launcher to have enemies in the entrances instead of waiting for them and use incendiary grenades.

Attention : When you make 200 kill, a you got a song and you must finish the heist.

There are 3 libraries, the wine is located in one of them in addition to the Safe

Documents are hard to find.The Big Bank is the best for them i guess. (found 3 in 1 heist)

Completing the heist is not required for the War Room.
