Do you want to get every ending in The Stanley Parable but don't want to attempt one ending for more than four hours in a row? Do you wish there was an easier way to get the so-called, "Four-Hour Ending" (or as it's officially known as, the "Art Ending")? Well, look no further, because this guide will teach you how you can make things easier for yourself and why it is the best solution. So as you probably know by now, when you encounter the game with the baby crawling towards the fire, the narrator (Kevan Brighting) wants you to keep the baby away from the fire for four hours. Now you're probably thinking, "Well, I could use a bot to do the work for me and get the ending just like that!" Well, here's the thing. Every now and then while the baby is being kept away from the fire, the narrator will give you words of encouragement, and two hours in, he will decide to make things a little trickier by having you prevent a puppy from being lowered into a pool of piranhas ALONG WITH KEEPING THE BABY AWAY FROM THE FIRE! So that's basically why getting a bot to do everything for you just won't work. Instead, you should take advantage of The Stanley Parable's save feature (which you first need to turn on in the options menu). This way, you can save your progress (ideally when the narrator has just finished going through one set of dialogue) and when you want to stop, you can just save and then pick it up again at a later time.
