XCOM EU/EW Ports: Tier 3 Helmets and Armour [WOTC] (Stuck Torso fix in description if required)

12/Sept/2017: Fix for female right shoulder AR Kit rigging issues.

06/Sept/2017: Decos being stuck for Resistance DLC and Alien Hunters DLC Armour is known, trying to figure out the best way to make those slots show up.

04/Sept/2017: Time to break Tier 3, the game refuses to automatically upgrade deco slots, you'll have to do it manually. To fix torsos if required:
1: Navigate to YourSteamFolder\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1125421345 and find the readme.txt file.
2: Copy everything in readme file, even the comments if you wish, it won't break anything.
3: In the same folder as the readme.txt you will find a config folder, in that there is a XComContent.ini file, open it.
4: Paste everything into the bottom of the ini file.
5: Boot up XCom, fix any torsos.
6: Revert changes to XComContent.ini file.
7: Go about your business.

02/Sept/2017: Big rebuild incoming Soon™, will probably break torso which are the deco versions, be warned.

PSA: for any modders, it seems the WOTC CookedPCConsole folder not having ClearCoat_Content_CP_SF.upk causes Tier 3 type materials to not find their parent material, so you have to copy over the parent material, could be a local mod only issue though.

Left and Right arm options do not show up without another mod which also has left and right arms atm Temp fixed with double arms for now, apperantly menus don't show up if that menu only has 1 customisable part, who knew.

Duped L and R Arm to prevent missing arm issue (will be replaced when new meshes are done).
Split LRShoulder decos to use new WOTC slots.
Updated textures of AR Kit Deco.
