This is my old voice pack for Delta Squad for Vanilla XCom (Non-WOTC!). After attempting to test it, the WOTC one didn't prove to be backwards compatible, so here you go!

Is it just me or all the voice mods don't much the base game voice levels? They are always louder than the vanilla voices.
