A Combine portal emitter made using the new editor tools! (Find them in Entites under: "Editor" on flatgrass, construct freespace etc. hold c and right click on it and you can edit stuff correspondant to which one you spawned! :D)

IT HAS TO BE IN A MAP SUPPORTING DYNAMIC SKIES (or whatever they're called) OR IT WON'T WORK
(Construct, Freespace 13, Flatgrass, etc.,)




The effects are from the HL2 folders, and with some digging they can be found.
