XCOM EU/EW Ports: Tier 2 Helmets and Armour [WOTC] (Stuck torso fix in description if required)

06/Sept/2017: Decos being stuck for Resistance DLC and Alien Hunters DLC Armour is known, trying to figure out the best way to make those slots show up.

To fix torsos if required:
1: Navigate to YourSteamFolder\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1124524679 and find the readme.txt file.
2: Copy everything in readme file, even the comments if you wish, it won't break anything.
3: In the same folder as the readme.txt you will find a config folder, in that there is a XComContent.ini file, open it.
4: Paste everything into the bottom of the ini file.
5: Boot up XCom, fix any torsos.
6: Revert changes to XComContent.ini file.
7: Go about your business.

WOTC Deco options update:
Moved Deco torsos to the new TorsoDeco Menu.
Split Arm Decos to Arm, Forearm, Thighs and Shins options.
Added LMG Deco Kit.

31/Aug/2017 Update:
Completely and utterly redid every single texture, it should look a lot cleaner, updated visors with what I set up the halo visors with, so should look better.
Redid all the arms, it's a port, they aren't supposed to show fingers, may have caused some clipping/seams with base X2 armour, but WOTC update probably more important.
Arms have lost a bit of detail mesh wise, plan to add that back in.
Added Skeleton Suit.

Currently includes:
Carapace Armour(1 male variant, 2 female (EU/EW))
Basic Kit system for carapace armour, usable in the left and right arm deco slots.
Carapace 1 Deco from Slingshot, male and female
Deco 2 another pouch one
Heavy Carapace Deco
Base Skeleton Suit (1 male variant, 2 female (EU/EW))
4 Carapace helmets, 1 "open carapace helmet" and 1 Heavy Carapace Helmet

To do:
Update Base version with changes.
Re-add mesh detail to arms.
Merge helmet verts to fix seams.
Missing name for one of the thighs.

All assets in this mod are made by Firaxis, I just ported/made them work in X2/WOTC.
