First of all, the purpose of the mini-game boss fight is to stack 4 goos of the same color next to each other. To do so, you can move the goo like in tetris using whatever key is binded to "jump". So to change the shape of the goo you use the jump button.

The black goo things that appear can be removed if you succesfully stack any color of goo above or next to it.

To beat the fight you have to wait until eggmandudebro messes up and loses.
