Modular building: Modern appartments by Jerenable

I WILL DELETE EVERY COMMENT OF PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T READ THE DESCRIPTION

These buildings are a bit different from normal buildings because there is a top and a bottom to a specific building of your choosing. Having these parts seperated means mixed zoning is possible. Placing is done using an anarchy mod of your liking* this is because I wanted full road snapping capabilaties for the buildings mixed zoning is made possible by the Ploppable RICO mod linked as Required for this asset.
*not linking one cause people will get mad that I linked the wrong one to their idea

First you place one of the bottom parts.


Then one of the tops and thats it.

I had this error too. Don't know why. Just go download Ronyx's nuclear power plant pack and it'll fix the problem

Same error as others; says "R69 Doel Nuclear Big AC_Data" is missing.
