You will need a jetpack to get to this hidden location so head over to Rob's Imports in the plaza and buy the jetpack for 2,000 units


After you have bough tthe jetpack press 'Q' and equip it in any number slot 1-8

After getting the jetpack, make your way into the Tower Casino. You will nmeed to head over to the Tripple Diamonds machines and boost up to the balcony above

After getting on top of the balcony just walk through the doors and admire the fancy themed hidden table!
