These are voice packs for XCOM2. They do not affect game play, they just add more flavor to the characters. A lot of these are accent based, so for example you can have a Russian speaking English but with an accent.

(All of these are tested and work in WOTC. When selecting WOTC from the launcher, some voice packs will show an error (!) symbol in the launcher. These are voice packs compiled before WOTC came out, they still will work with no problems.)
