Specular Mask for Night Hawk World Model

A barely-noticeable fix for a little visual inconsistency.

I, LOL DUDE, didn't make the original texture that this specular mask is based on. Credit there goes to the Valve Corporation. All I did was texture from Counter-Strike: Source to make a specular mask.

Y'ever noticed how the Night Hawk's (Desert Eagle) view model is all shiny, and its world model isn't? Well, this should fix that! It's kinda barely noticeable in-game, but in some cases you can see that sheen on it in third person!

Q: Do I need Counter-Strike: Source for this?
A: No. Though, chances are, the base texture will be really low-res if you don't.
