Suspense Style: III - Recolor - Wood Elf/Talsyn Regal Wood

This is an individual army recolor that changes the main Wood Elf faction "Talsyn" to "Regal Wood" Regal Blue/Silver.

Someone lost all of the standard uniforms. The green cloaks blended in with the forest and now we can't find them. Luckily some of the soldiers found their old uniforms from Ulthuan. Due to the dismay of many, now the war dancers won't have to go to battle without uniforms.
