Updated: Fixed Border Improvements, UI Skins, and some portraits improved

This mod adds custom ui for each faction, changes the campaign map to a darker but more legible map, adjust faction colors on the map so they differ more from each other, and other minor improvements.

Banner changes not included, that's part of the Tabletop Banners mod.

Improvements:
+ Race UI (More varieties coming)
+ Better Unit Card Highlighting
+ Better Battlefield Indicators
+ Bolder Campaign Map Borders
+ Some Improved Portraits and Skins
+ Inverted Dark Overview/Minimap Campaign Map that's easier to read
+ More unique faction colors for Overview/Minimap (More varieties coming)

I'm still working on a component for it. My faction list and colors is messed up and needs to be redone. It's kind of hard coming up with 80 colors that all look different from each other.

Seems this isn't working with Mousillon playthrough for some reason. Can't see its new units, with the Mixu stuff.

Right now it's just an orange but I'm working on adding a frosted look with iron metal for the colors. It might take a while to make it completely
