can a vassal be confederated later on?

Hey Dresden, I don't know if this is outside the scope of your mod or not, but I was playing as Tilea with a mod from Crynsos and I couldn't confederate with Estalia, the Boarder Princes or any of the other new factions that the mod introduces. Is it possible to fix this or not? Make the Southern realms able to confederate with each other or maybe talk with Crynsos about compatibility?

I honestly don't know why it would happen that way - liberation is set to work a certain way in the game. This mod just open up that option, it doesn't change how liberation works. In terms of how to change that, my only idea could be the original owning culture settings in the regions there. I don't know why that would affect it, but it might.

@Dresden, I love your mods! Following up on the earlier exchange you had with @Greggis Khan. I am also using Zorander's PCBSO, which adds startpos setting for dwarven factions. Do you know why e.g. Karak Kadrin would retain the gs buildings after I reawaken/liberate it for Karak Kadrin? I'm so glad to be able to do that, but as it is, they cannot destroy the gs buildings or recruit troops. I assume that if the faction type is changing, it would need to convert the main building to the new culture, which is what happens during conquest normally. Otherwise, the buildings would all need to be destroyed at the time of liberation. I understand why you don't want to add it to your mod, but any ideas how I could do this locally?

Greggis khan you can liberate dwarven factions if you change the startpos settings for their home regions, I just havent done it here because I want these to be compatible with other mods.

I liberated Wissenland. They can't do anything as their capital's building is Orcish one. Can you make it work with facions like conquer anywhere?
