Your current objective (ie mission) shows at the top middle of the screen. Check the 18second mark and beyond to see how the current mission is "walk to the silo". Once I get to the silo the camera gets stuck. Everyone using the new controller mode version of the game has been running into this bug for the past few weeks. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.
