BETA Improve any Equipment

คำอธิบาย
Hi,
This is a beta version of Improve Any Equipment where I simply try to make the zzartillery.txt file work.

The Issue
  • both RA and MRA appear at any moment of the game in the logistics menu
    even if not researched
  • displayed stockpile values are random, but of you click on the item, it is 0!
  • the RA brigade (and not the MRA brigade) appears in the division designer even if not researched

  • Please help me!
  • Don't forget to delete the shadercache (part of the local documents) before every test!
