Dapper monsters mod

Makes monsters more dapper, based on a comment by Healthire about not having the chance to implement Dapperfae as a hat and cane-wearing variant of Bobfae.

Currently, this mod only changes Bobfaes into Dapperfae, but others, such as Dapper Poptops and Adult Poptops should be done soon.

It's just a cosmetic mod, replacing monster appearances with version with tophats and canes, so it should be pretty much universally compatible.
