It's a fire starting kit. Put fires in all your favorite rooms!

This item is kind of like a more powerful, more dangerous version of the Poop. You can find it in shops and treasure rooms. Here's a detailed description of what it does:

• Spawns a fireplace at your current location
  
• Burns all enemies within a certain radius, with three exceptions; these enemies will transform into their flaming version:
  
  • Hoppers
    
  • Gapers (Smiling)
    
  • Fatties
    
  • Skinnies
    
• Chance to spawn a red fire. Watch out for that
  
• Blue and purple fires coming soon. Stay tuned.
  
• Spawned fires drop loot, just like normal ones. Try it with ember!

"But won't this item hurt me?"

YES! That's part of the risk of using it in combat. I've done everything in my power to help you avoid self damage, but if you're not paying attention you can still get hurt. Just keep moving in one direction and you should be fine.
