111 South Main, located in Salt Lake City, Utah, is one of the skylines newests buildings. Completed in 2016, this buildings uses a unique support system, the Hat Truss-System. This method allows structural engineers to suspend a majority of the buildings floor loads that are held by columns suspended down from the steel framing through out the roof. This gives the top 20+ floors enough support to overhang the adjacent building which is a new theater for first-run touring Broadway shows and will serve as a hub for art in Utah. With a 35 foot tall glass lobby, 24 column-free floors and a height of 387ft(118m), this building is the third tallest in Utah.

I have been sitting on this asset for awhile and never was happy with the textures. I thought I'd upload the current version seeing how its not too bad, but I will probably come back and revise this.

Its a possibility. It depends on how much progress I make with the SLC buildings. The list has grown quite extensively and it could be sometime before I finish those.

Would you ever consider doing some buildings from Utah County? Like some of the larger buildings of Provo/Orem? :)

Great asset as usual man!. Manily really love the convention center/ ballroom wing thing on the right that sticks out. We don't have enought like this!. My only real issue with this is what darf pointed out. It bottom just looks ugly. Not trying to sound rude or anything. Just some honest criticism. Anyways, minus that, this is great!. Thank You!.
