I can't say I remember too well as this was years ago, but I believe one is a saints row voice and one is Bonny from Payday.

It runs quite well with a stupid amount of mods on a pc I built myself. I'd honestly say its a matter of self-build > prebuilt.

Loading times are another matter tho lol

That seems a bit of a stretch. I'm playing XCOM 2 on my ASUS gaming laptop and it's having problems with only a dozen mods. It could be a software issue, or it could be time to upgrade.
