DESCRIPTION:

Noel Vermillion is a former lieutenant of the Novus Orbis Librarium who was assigned to
return the AWOL Jin Kisaragi to his post, and a playable character in BlazBlue series.
Noel also serves as the main heroine in BlazBlue game.

Known issue:
============
-The jigglebone got no gravity applied. So the rope (at her arm) will look hanging if the npc bend their arm ups. ask
valve to fix the jigglebone and add gravity features
-Some animation for face poser is weird
-Her faceposer combination sometime change her face looks weird and ugly, use carefully
especially under direct light.
