May have problems with Rico settings. I've noticed that whenever I include a prop that has a name that comes alphabetically before the asset name of the building, the RICO settings aren't recognized. Anyway, create your own settings with RICO, otherwise can be found under Unique Buildings and is $Free.99. The 'CS' prop includes polygons on all sides so that it can be used as modern art, sculpture, etc.

@hunter.powell987 yeah, it's probably the template that i used for the building. I have played with unlock all mod since day one so I pay no attention to requirements. You can meet the requirements it states, turn on unlock all, use RICO, findit, etc.

This building looks similar to Miami Center. When is anyone going to make Miami Center into a unique building?

@josephstylin' if it says: Assets: Building, Unique Building on a workshop page ... then it will always have to be plopped. Additionally.....any building on the workshop that has a footprint that is larger than 4x4 will always have to be plopped.
