Followers Keep Up

Tired of running into a fight and discovering that your companion is nowhere to be found? This mod causes followers to speed up when they fall behind and teleport to your location when they get extra far away. Now help will always be close at hand! Should work with war dogs and thralls, too.

NOTE: If you load an existing save where you have a follower, you may need to fast travel somewhere before the mod takes effect.

Not compatible with: Multiple followers, UFO, Extensible Follower Framework, Empowered Magic, Amazing Follower Tweaks (*)
* For compatibility with multiple follower mods, use the console command 'set FKUteleport to 0' to disable teleporting of followers.

Revision 2: Suppress teleport behavior while on horseback. Your follower will be there once you dismount.
Revision 3: Added temporary speed boost to followers when they're semi-far behind, reducing the need for teleports. Added teleport to thralls.
Revision 4: Suppress teleport behavior while the player is in jail.
Revision 5: Suppress teleport behavior in the DB Sanctuary. Minor tweak to speed boost. Added a toggle for teleport - use 'set FKUteleport to 0' to disable teleports (not recommended; only for compatibility).
Revision 6: Cleaned up script a bit, which may help situations where things aren't triggered properly
Revision 7: Slight tweak to speed boost, and teleport now works with most summon spells
Revision 8: Use IsOnMount() to detect player mount status, so followers don't teleport while on dragonback
