Thats the Elly Follower mod,when you dl it make sure you read the readme if you want her clothes useable to you. Though I recommend getting the Aurun and Xidix followers as well.

For armor mods, the Cute Armor set and the Lancer dread set are pretty good.(female chars) unless you want to do something like in Kore Wa Zombie Su then the Cute Armor set can work for males as well.
